As a portion of your purchase is considered a donation, we are unable to process refunds.
We accept returns of items in the same condition in which they were received within 30 days of receipt. Gift cards, on-demand and custom products are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
