Refund Policy

Returns:

On-demand and custom products are non-returnable. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our fulfillment center at care@merchblue.com or 425-300-6350.

Refunds:

As a portion of your purchase is considered a donation, we are unable to process refunds. 

Exchanges:

If your item is defective, damaged or is not the thing you ordered - please reach out to our fulfillment center at care@merchblue.com or 425-300-6350 and we will take care of it. For defective or damaged items, please send a photo of it and for the wrong items, please send us your order number and receipt. We do not require a return in order to send a replacement.

Returns:

We accept returns of items in the same condition in which they were received within 30 days of receipt. Gift cards, on-demand and custom products are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, send us an email at care@merchblue.com and send your item to:
